We accept returns and exchanges for any item that is received within 30 days from the original date of purchase. We cannot accept returns, process refunds, or offer exchanges for any item received more than 30 days after the original purchase date. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. E-gift cards are non-refundable. 


Return shipping is free for all orders. Original shipping charges are not refundable. 

To complete a return or initiate an exchange, please send an email to, including: your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange, and indicate the reason for your return by selecting one of the reasons below. 

01 = undeliverable
02 = defective / damaged
03 = wrong item
04 = no longer wanted
05 = never ordered
06 = refused
07 = no reason given
08 = wrong color
09 = other    

If you use a prepaid return shipping label sent from us to ship your items, no additional postage is required. Simply print and attach the pre-paid shipping label to the same box used to ship your order and give your package to a USPS driver or drop it off at the nearest U.S. Post Office or any other location with U.S. Mail Service. No additional postage or insurance is required. 

Please retain a copy of your return label and tracking number. We are not responsible for item(s) that do not arrive at our warehouse and customer cannot supply proof of delivery signature.

If you choose to use your own shipping method you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.  We cannot guarantee that we will receive any returned items and suggest you use a trackable shipping service or consider purchasing insurance in order to avoid loss.


Once your return is received and approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 30 days for your credit card company to process your credit. If you believe your refund has not posted properly, please email us at


If an item was shipped directly to you or marked as a gift when purchased, you may be eligible for a credit in the form of an e-gift card so long as the item is received unused and in its original condition within 30 days from the date of purchased. 

If the item was not shipped directly to you and was not marked as a gift when purchased, the refund will be sent to the purchaser in accordance with our standard return policy.  


E-gift cards do not expire. E-gift cards cannot be refunded or replaced if lost or stolen. E-gift cards cannot be returned, exchanged, transferred or resold. E-gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash except where required by law. 

Delivery to an incorrect but deliverable email address or to a non-existent e-mail address is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. In the event that a purchase made with an e-gift card is returned, a new e-gift card will be credited and emailed to the original e-gift card recipient email address. Coupons, promo codes and other discounts cannot be used to purchase e-gift cards. E-gift cards are redeemable by customers in the U.S. and Canada.
