Where can I get paper grocery bags?

Many grocery stores offer paper bags. Alternatively, you can order paper grocery bags on the rebinus.com website. Our paper bag liners are made from 100% recycled paper.

Can I use any paper grocery bag with RE.BIN?

Yes, you can use any paper grocery bag with RE.BIN. *Note: the heights of grocery store paper bags may vary, so some bags may be taller or shorter than your RE.BIN.

How big are your paper bag liners, and do they fit RE.BIN better than other paper bags that I get at the grocery store?

Our liners are 12” x 7” x 14” and are made specifically to fit the dimensions of your RE.BIN. All other paper grocery bags will fit inside your RE.BIN, but we cannot guarantee that they’ll be the same height as your RE.BIN because the heights of paper grocery bags vary.

Are the paper bag liners on your website sustainable?

Yes, our paper bag liners are made in the USA from 100% recycled paper.

Can I use RE.BIN without a paper bag liner?

Yes, you can use RE.BIN with or without a paper bag liner. If you don’t have paper grocery bags, you can order paper bag liners directly from our website. Save 10% when you sign up for our liner subscription and start automatically receiving paper bags delivered to your door every 1, 2, 3 or 4 months.

How does the RE.BIN liner subscription service work?

When you purchase liners from our website, you’ll have the option to sign up for a subscription to save 10% and have our liners automatically delivered to you on a customized schedule.

When you subscribe, you can customize the details of your subscription and choose how many bags you want to receive and how often you want to receive them. You can choose to receive packs of 30, 60, 90 or 120 liners every 1, 2, 3, or 4 months. We’ll take care of the rest!

Remember, you can modify or cancel your subscription at any time. See our return policy for more information on how to modify or cancel an existing subscription.

Use & Care – How should I clean my RE.BIN?

We recommend hand washing your RE.BIN with gentle soap and water, or using a non-toxic multipurpose cleaner, such as Mrs. Meyers’ Multi-Purpose Everyday Cleaner or Method’s All Purpose Cleaner Spray. RE.BIN is not dishwasher safe and is too large for any non-commercial dishwasher.

What is RE.BIN made out of?

RE.BIN is made from 100% recycled polypropylene – a #5 plastic that can be recycled anywhere that accepts #5 plastic.

Does RE.BIN show fingerprints or scratch easily?

No, RE.BIN has a matte texture that was specifically selected and engineered to minimize the appearance of fingerprints, scratches or other marks that are the result of normal wear and tear from RE.BIN’s intended use.

How much does one RE.BIN weigh?

RE.BIN weighs 3.15 pounds.

How can I update or cancel my order?

To update or cancel your order, please email us at contact@rebinus.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to process your request before our fulfillment center processes your order.

How can I check the status of my order?

Login to your account at www.rebinus.com with the same email address you used to place the order to view your account page and recent orders.

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?

Only one promo code may be applied per order.

SHIPPING
Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the entire United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands and all US military locations around the world via their APO/DPO/FPO addresses.

We currently do not ship anywhere internationally except Canada, but we’re working to change that in the near future.

How do you ship and how long does it take?

Standard shipping takes between 5-10 business days, and will be sent via FedEx SmartPost. With this service, FedEx will pick up your package and then pass it off to USPS to deliver straight to your door. Standard shipping using SmartPost ships anywhere the USPS ships, including physical addresses and PO Boxes.

*Orders shipping outside the continental United States can take a few extra days to arrive.

Expedited shipping is available within the continental United States. Expedited shipping is sent via FedEx and takes 2-3 days. Please note FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Unfortunately, we are unable to expedite shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or any other territories outside of the continental U.S.

All orders to Canada will ship via DHL Global Mail Parcel Direct and take between 5-10 business days to arrive. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer expedited shipping to our Canadian customers at this time.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Standard shipping within the United States costs $8.00 - $10.00 for orders under $85.00. Shipping within the United States is free for all orders over $85.00.

Expedited shipping is available within the Continental United States for an additional cost that is dependent on weight. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer expedited shipping to our customers in Canada, Alaska, Hawaii or any other territories outside of the continental U.S. but we hope to change that soon!

Shipping costs to Canada begin at $22.00 and are determined by weight.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Estimated delivery time for standard shipping within the United States and Canada is within 7-12 business days of placing your order. Here’s how it works: you place an order, we process that order, and then we ship your order.

After your order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order and 5-10 days for delivery. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

*Orders shipping outside the continental United States can take a few extra days to arrive.
*E-gift cards will arrive in your inbox within 48 hours of placing your order.

How can I edit my shipping address?

If you need to edit your shipping address, please email us at contact@rebinus.com as soon as possible with your order number and updated shipping address. We’ll do our best to update your shipping information before our fulfillment center process and ships your order, but we cannot guarantee that your order will ship to the updated address. Standard shipping orders leave our warehouse within 2 business days, and expedited orders are shipped within 24 hours of an order being placed.

E-GIFT CARDS
When will I receive my e-gift card?

E-gift cards are delivered via e-mail and will arrive in your inbox within 48 hours of placing your order.

How do I redeem my e-gift card?

To redeem, simply login to your account at www.rebinus.com with the same email address where you received the e-gift card, enter and apply the gift card code at checkout.

Do e-gift cards expire?

No, e-gift cards do not expire.

Can I return my e-gift card?

E-gift cards are not eligible for return and are non-refundable. E-gift cards cannot be refunded or replaced if lost or stolen. E-gift cards cannot be returned, exchanged, transferred or resold. E-gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash except where required by law. Delivery to an incorrect but deliverable email address or to a non-existent e-mail address is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

What happens if I return something that I purchased using an e-gift card?

Returned items purchased using an e-gift card will be credited and emailed to the original e-gift card recipient email address.

Can I use a promo code to purchase an e-gift card?

Coupons, promo codes and other discounts cannot be used to purchase e-gift cards.

Can I use my e-gift card with a promo code?

Yes, e-gift cards are a form of payment that can be used together with a promo code.

Can International customers redeem e-gift cards?

U.S. and Canadian customers can redeem e-gift cards.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Amazon Payments.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card is charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

How can I edit or delete a saved payment method?

Will I be charged sales tax?

We currently only collect sales tax on purchases made in Florida and New York.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?

You have 30 days to return or exchange your RE.BIN from the day your order is received. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. E-gift cards and sale items are not refundable.

To complete your return, please send an email to contact@rebinus.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, indicate the reason for your return by selecting one of the following return codes, and mail your items to the shipping address below.

02 = defective

04 = no longer wanted
05 = never ordered

How long until I see a refund applied to my original form of payment?

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notifying you of the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 days. There is often some processing time before a refund posts. If you believe your refund has not posted properly, please email us at contact@rebinus.com.

Can I exchange an item?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have an item that qualifies for an exchange, please send an email to contact@rebinus.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to exchange, indicate the reason for your exchange by selecting one of the following return codes below, and mail your items to the shipping address below.

Can I return something that was given to me as a gift?

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may be eligible for a credit. We will email you an e-gift card for the value of the return so long as the returned item is received within 30 days of purchase in its original condition.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the purchaser did not ship the gift directly to you, the refund will be sent to the purchaser in accordance with our standard return policy.

Will my refund include the cost of shipping?

Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of shipping. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and you will not be credited for the cost of initial shipping.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive returned items. To avoid any loss, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance.

How can I cancel or update an existing liner subscription?

To cancel or make changes to an existing liner subscription, simply login to your account and select “Manage Subscription” and select the subscription you’d like to edit or cancel.
